Several, and they are one of the more useful things about learning here. Judging who goes first at an unmarked or give way intersection is a skill that a suburb full of traffic lights never teaches properly. Newcomb gives you plenty of practice at low speed.

The residential streets have ordinary kerbside parking with light traffic, which is where reverse parallel parking should start. Bellarine Village covers the bay parking and the reversing out. Both are minutes from home, so a single driving lesson can practise parking and then go and use it properly.
