Book Driving Lessons for Your Client
Send us the client details below and we will confirm whether we can service them, then email you an invoice.
How an Organisation Booking Works
- You send the client details. Everything on the form below is needed before a booking can be processed, which is why it is all asked for in one go.
- We confirm we can service the client. That depends on the suburb, the VicRoads office and driving instructor availability, so it is confirmed rather than assumed.
- We email you an invoice. Made out to your organisation, or to a different name if you tell us below.
- You pay the invoice. Nothing is scheduled before payment is received.
- We contact the client directly to arrange the first driving lesson around their availability.
Why We Recommend Meeting at the Client's Local VicRoads Office
Where the client is preparing for a VicRoads driving test, we strongly recommend the driving lessons start at their local VicRoads office rather than at home. The whole driving lesson is then spent on the official VicRoads testing routes, which is what the client is actually going to be assessed on.
Each testing route takes around an hour to drive properly, including going back over the parts the client found difficult, repeating the parking and the three point turns, and working through the black spots and the difficult intersections along the way. Our driving instructors know the current testing routes at every office, and teaching them is standard practice, so a client who prepares this way arrives on test day having already driven the roads and knowing the format and the criteria.
Meeting at the office is a recommendation for drive test preparation specifically. For ordinary driving lessons a home, work or local train station address is perfectly normal, and you can enter one below.
Organisation Booking Form
Fill In the Form and We Send You an Invoice
There is not much to it. You send the client details, we confirm we can service them, and the invoice follows.
One invoice, several clients
Place several clients on the one form and they come back on a single invoice rather than one per person. The $85 processing fee is still charged per client, so it is one invoice, not one fee.
Invoice to whoever pays
The invoice can be made out to your organisation, to a different entity or trading name, or to the funder behind the booking. You set that on the form.
A quote first if you need one
If your funding has to be approved before you can commit, ask for a quote instead and we will invoice once it is approved. Put it in the notes on the form.
Organisations We Have Worked With
