Your driving instructor will take you there, but it is worth knowing yourself.

Yes, and here it costs you almost nothing. Eight minutes each way still leaves better than forty minutes of a 60 minute driving lesson in the testing area. For drive test preparation we would still suggest meeting your driving instructor at the office, but from Ringwood that is a fine adjustment rather than an important call.

In the residential streets out from the town centre. They are quieter than the middle of Ringwood would lead you to expect, and they rise and fall enough to bring hill starts in during the first driving lesson. The arterials and the shopping centre come later.

Yes, and they earn their place. Structured multi level parking with tight ramps, pedestrians and people reversing out of bays is precisely where cars get marked, and it is not something you want to work out alone on a Saturday. We go there once the basics are steady.

The point where Maroondah Highway, Whitehorse Road and Warrandyte Road come together asks the most, because there is a lot to read at once and lane choice matters before you get there. It comes late in the driving lessons and it is entirely manageable in stages.

Yes, and it is worth extra time because Heatherdale Road runs off it. Practising Whitehorse Road is practising the last part of the drive you will make on test day, so it counts twice.

Yes, and from Ringwood it is about as easy as it gets. The driving lesson runs immediately before the drive test on the roads the testing officers use, and the office is in your own suburb, so you arrive thoroughly warmed up. It is also the best price we offer.

It is the Victorian road rules first, then the local conditions: several arterials converging in a small area, structured car parks, and giving way to buses leaving the interchange. Your drive test is at Mitcham VicRoads on Heatherdale Road and we prepare you on the roads around it.

It is one of the best placed suburbs in the east. Quiet residential streets, a genuine regional town centre, several arterials and a large shopping complex all sit within a few kilometres, and your testing office is inside the suburb. Very little driving lesson time goes on travelling.

The residential streets have ordinary kerbside parking with light traffic, which is where reverse parallel parking should start.
