Yes, and it usually comes in second. Separation Street crosses the suburb and carries a mixture of local and through traffic, which makes it a good middle step between the quiet streets and Melbourne Road. It is busy without being overwhelming.

They come up often enough here to be worth practising properly rather than avoiding. Approaching a crossing, knowing when to stop and never queuing across the tracks are all ordinary parts of driving around North Geelong, and we cover them as a matter of course.
