Yes, for ordinary driving lessons. Home, work or Hampton station all work. For drive test preparation we would suggest meeting at Heatherton VicRoads instead, or booking a 90 minute driving lesson, because at 17 minutes each way the travel takes better than half of a 60 minute booking.

It is the most useful road in the suburb to be taught on. Hampton Street runs through the shops, so there are cars reversing out of parking, delivery vehicles stopped awkwardly and people crossing between them. Busy, slow and full of decisions, which is exactly the kind of driving the drive test is watching.
