Once you are ready for it, yes. Keilor Road is a shopping strip with angle parking and pedestrians stepping out, which is exactly the kind of road worth learning properly with a driving instructor beside you. New learner drivers start on the quieter streets nearby instead.

Yes. Airport West has no train station, so the tram terminus at the end of route 59 is a common meeting point, along with Westfield and home or work addresses. Tell us what suits and we will make it the pickup point.

On the residential streets off Fullarton Road, where the parked cars make the spaces realistic. The Westfield car park is useful early on for reversing and slow-speed control, but real kerbside spaces are what the manoeuvres actually need to feel routine in.
